Important: Progressive Contracting, Inc is applying for a zone change in the Bloomington Hills, Little Valley, Knolls area. They want a zone change in order to continue aggregate mining operation. How will this affect our home values, the noise levels in our neighborhood, and the traffic due to the construction vehicles moving in and out of our neighborhoods.
